All audio files included in purchases from this website ("Sounds") remain the property of Viral Audio ("Licensor"), and by obtaining and/or using these Sounds, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, refrain from using these Sounds.
1. Permitted Usage1.1 Music Production: Licensee may use the Sounds in combination with other sounds in music productions, including but not limited to soundtracks for films, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer games, multimedia presentations and other musical purposes within musical compositions.
1.2 Modification and Commercial Use: Licensee has the right to modify the Sounds and use them for commercial purposes as part of musical compositions with other sound elements.
2. Restrictions2.1 Isolation and Competitive Use: Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds in isolation as sound effects or loops, or in any competitive products sold or relicensed to multiple third parties.
3. Ownership and Transferability3.1 Ownership: The right to use the Sounds is granted exclusively to the Licensee and remains non-transferable.
3.2 Prohibited Distribution: Resale, relicensing, or distribution of the Sounds, either in their original state or any modifications, is strictly prohibited. Licensee cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the enclosed Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product.
